We had a wonderful experience at the Benihana in Stuart!! This establishment was very clean, and the views were gorgeous! Our waitress Dani was on top of our every need. She was very attentive to our drink and appetizer orders. Maynor cooked the food to PERFECTION! He was definitely skilled on the grill! We will be back to this location as it was a great dinner with those we love!

Edit: Returned for another couple of dinners, both served by Eric who was absolutely superb. Attentive, caring, kind; providing tremendous service, nuanced with sensitivity and void of any suffocation. As lovely and genial a server or human as you could wish for, truly dedicated to the betterment of others' experiences without presumption, overstep or any fault. The food and myriad offerings were wonderful; the service sublime. Only con (this is about the restaurant itself, not the employees): do not request positive reviews, and especially do not call diners requesting positive reviews. If they are earned, you will receive them; if you beg for them, you will turn your own clientele off. I choose to leave this because of the experience, and because of Eric. Not because my spouse got a random phone call pleading for this. Great experience with our server, Moises and our hibachi chef Byron! We did come on Father's Day, so it was very busy, but overall, it was a great experience and the food was delicious! We will definitely be coming back again!

My husband and I went to Benihana today in Stuart at lunch time to use my birthday coupon. As usual, everything was fantastic. The food was all cooked to order in front of us. We both got steak and it was delicious. The free ice cream and singing for my birthday was a nice touch. The service was phenomenal between our waitress and Joey, our chef. Joey cooked with care and patience all the while entertaining the sweet little girl at our table on her first visit. The atmosphere was extremely pleasant with beautiful views of the water. The carpet in this place keeps the noise down so much.

Moises provided an outstanding dining experience from start to finish, especially since it was our first time visiting. He greeted us warmly and immediately made us feel comfortable and welcome, which really set the tone for the entire meal. His friendly and professional attitude stood out right away, and he was incredibly attentive without ever being intrusive. Moises took the time to walk us through the menu and gave thoughtful recommendations, which we ended up loving—it made our first visit even more special and stress-free. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, kept our drinks refilled, and checked in at just the right moments to make sure everything was perfect. What impressed us most was how genuine and personable he was; he made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. It’s clear that Moises takes pride in what he does, and his exceptional service made our first experience truly memorable. We would absolutely come back again and hope to be served by him in the future.
